Introduction to the GF Diet & Celiac Disease. Presented by Diane Moyer, M.S., R.D., C.D.E. This 3 hour class offers an introduction to the gluten-free diet and basic explanation of Celiac Disease: "safe" foods, "unsafe" foods, what to look for on food labels, how to stock your kitchen, eating out and more. Cost is $45.00 and includes a copy of the Chapter's Gluten-Free Products List. Call 720-560-3734 for more information.
