Product List

The 2009 Product List is now available. It can be purchased at Chapter Meetings for $7.00. To have a copy mailed to you, send a check made out to CSA Chapter 17 in the amount of $10.00 and mail to Don Smith at 6834 S. Franklin Circle, Centennial, CO 80122.

Our intent is that the Gluten-Free Products List will make your grocery shopping, cooking, and snacking easier. It should also eliminate some of the risks to your health caused by “mystery” ingredients. The products have been reported to be gluten-free by the companies that manufacture and process them. Keep in mind that, in spite of careful research, we can never guarantee that a product is completely gluten-free. Also, remember that this is not a comprehensive listing of all GF products available. Continue to read labels to watch for ingredient changes, and to discover more gluten-free foods on your own.

Feedback:
A woman contacted our Chapter to personally thank us for the product book. She said that she has been diagnosed for 16 years but has never found the support or information she needed to be successful until she was told about our product book. She says that she didn't know how many mistakes she had been making until she read the book. (February 2010).
